Credit Guide

Last updated: June 2026

This Credit Guide gives you important information about HiVis Finance and the credit assistance we provide, as required under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth).

Who we are

HiVis Finance Pty Ltd operates as AT6D PTY LTD (Credit Representative No. 567482), an authorised credit representative of Aim Financial, the holder of Australian Credit Licence No. 389527. We provide credit assistance by helping you find and apply for asset, equipment and vehicle finance, and certain business and personal loans.

The credit assistance we provide

We assess your requirements and objectives, then suggest and help you apply for a credit product from a lender on our panel that is not unsuitable for you. We act as a broker — we do not lend money ourselves; the credit is provided by the lender you are matched with, on that lender's terms.

Our lender panel

We work with a panel of banks, non-bank lenders and specialist lenders. We can provide details of the lenders we use on request. We do not work with every lender in the market, and the lenders we use may change from time to time.

How we are paid

We may receive a commission from the lender when your finance settles. The amount depends on the lender, the product and the amount financed. We may also charge you a fee for our services. Before you proceed, we will tell you about any fees payable and provide an estimate of the commission we expect to receive (or the manner in which it is worked out). You can ask us for these details at any time.

What you may payDetails
Lender commissionPaid by the lender to us on settlement; disclosed to you before you proceed.
Broker / service fee (if any)Disclosed to you in writing before you commit. No fee is payable for an indicative estimate or enquiry.

If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can refer it to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), a free, independent external dispute resolution scheme — afca.org.au, 1800 931 678. AFCA membership is held through our licensee, Aim Financial.

Draft for compliance review. Aim Financial's compliance team should confirm and complete the specifics before publication — in particular the AFCA membership number, the licensee's registered address, and the exact fee/commission disclosure wording required under NCCP s113/s158.
